Working closely as a fully integrated sub-contractor to Bauer working for Sirius minerals. Running repairs, major modifications and installation of cutting wheels. Complete workshop installation and management structure, including the ordering of all site welding and workshop requirements.
We supplied CE approved fabricated steel, and coded onsite welding services. Dismantling and removal of 500 + tonnes of large section temporary plunge columns including weld design and procedures. All the welding was tested to a high specification.
Assisting Bauer Technologies in a wide range of piling techniques, and rebuilding drilling heads and augers. Weld design and weld procedures produced for weld thickness up to 70mm. Satisfactorily approved and US tested.
